On Tuesday evening at SPAR 3D, RIEGL brought the VZ-400i out for its much-anticipated US debut. RIEGL says that the terrestrial laser scanner features an “innovative new processing architecture, internet connectivity, and a suite of MEMS sensors with RIEGL’s latest Laser Scanning Engine technology.”

These advancements enable the VZ-400i’s users to perform scanning, geo-referencing, filtering, and analysis simultaneously. As a result, they’ll complete significantly more work in the field, and spend a lot less time in the office.

See RIEGL’s official announcement below for more details on their latest laser scanner.
